Exchange & Return Policy
- Orders within Kuwait:
• You’re welcome to exchange or return your item at the time of delivery.
• Feel free to try it on when the driver arrives — if the size doesn’t work for you, you can hand it right back.
Kindly note that delivery fees are non-refundable.

- We are working on developing an exchange and return policy outside Kuwait, but at the moment we don't provide an exchange and return service outside Kuwait.
