- Order inside Kuwait :
- Refunds and exchanges can be processed on the same day during delivery.
- You may check the item for size upon the driver’s arrival and return it immediately if it doesn’t fit.
*Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable. *
- For Others countries :
- We are working on developing an exchange and return policy outside Kuwait, but at the moment we don't provide an exchange and return service outside Kuwait.
